The Court of Lackawanna County issued a judgment in my favor on August 1, 2025, confirming that Whiteduck Mountain Kennel acted properly, ethically, and fully within the law in all dealings with her. The court awarded a judgment of $1,282.25 (case number MJ-45301-CV-0000112-2025, Whiteduck Mountain Kennel / Lisa Czarkowski v. Emily Green).Following this ruling, Emily Green has removed her false review, acknowledging the inaccuracy of her claims. This legal outcome speaks for itself and underscores both the integrity with which I operate and the dishonest nature of the statements made against my business.
