The wait to bring your puppy home is exciting, but it can also feel like forever! Our Puppy Bonding Visits give new families the opportunity to spend dedicated one-on-one time with their puppy before Gotcha Day.

Don't have a deposit on a puppy? No problem! Bring the family to enjoy a full hour of fun and cuddles with as many puppies as we have in a litter. $100 for the whole family for 1 hour.

During your 60 or 90-minute visit, you'll have uninterrupted time to cuddle, play, take photos, and begin building a connection with your newest family member in a relaxed, welcoming environment. These visits are designed to create special memories while giving your puppy positive experiences with their future family.

We know how hard it is to wait until your puppy is old enough to come home. Our Puppy Bonding Visits make those weeks a little more special while creating memories you'll cherish long before adoption day.

During your private Puppy Bonding Visit, I'll guide your family through a relaxed, enjoyable session where you can spend quality time with your puppy, capture special photos, and ask questions as you count down to Gotcha Day.

Please note: To prioritize the health and well-being of our puppies, visits are by appointment only and follow age-appropriate guidelines. Families are asked to arrive on time so each visit remains a calm and positive experience for the puppies.

Whiteduck Mountain Kennel & Windy Hill Acres Kennel LLC Liability Waiver

Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement

This Release of Liability and Waiver ("Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned ("Participant") in favor of Tom Randt and/or Lisa Czarkowski, owners and/or affiliates of Whiteduck Mountain Kennel and Wind Hill Acres Kennel LLC located at 91 Rozelle Drive Dalton, PA 18414 (the "Property").

Assumption of Risk

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that entry onto the Property, including any surrounding land, buildings, structures, kennels, and outdoor areas, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of slipping, tripping, or falling due to uneven terrain, weather conditions, or natural features. Additionally, the presence of dogs on the premises may present a risk of injury, including the risk of dog bites or other animal-related incidents.

By signing below, the Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether anticipated or unanticipated, and whether caused by the negligence of the owners or otherwise.

Release and Waiver

In consideration for being permitted to enter and/or use the Property, the Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges Tom Randt and/or Lisa Czarkowski, their heirs, successors, assigns, agents, employees, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death to persons or property, including but not limited to those arising from slip and fall incidents or dog bites, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with the Participant’s presence on the Property or any actions of the Participant or any guest or pet brought onto the Property by the Participant.

Acknowledgment

The Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement, and that they are signing it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its legal consequences. This Agreement shall be binding upon the Participant and their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
